Sunshine!!!

It's a beautiful day for sunning myself on the deck. Ahhhh... it feels so good.

Fridays my Mom works from home. My favorite place to be is laying right next to her. It makes me feel very important. Especially when she calls me her "executive assistant". Whatever that is... it sounds important.

I'm a little confused today... both my Mom & Dad are home. Not sure what's going on there. My Dad is working outside and I think he may be tromping around on the roof. Are people supposed to be up there? That noise is making me very nervous. It's so out of the ordinary that it's freaking me out.

Oh well... back to the sunshine. I'm going to have to ask to go outside more frequently than normal today. I want to soak up some of that vitamin D stuff.

Back to normal...

Boy am I glad my Mom & Dad are back from vacation. I really like our sitter, but for some reason I was sick almost the whole time Mom & Dad were gone. It was terrible. All kinds of tummy problems... couldn't eat, couldn't even keep water down. I even had to go to the doctor. Usually it is Ruben that has issues, not me. He was totally fine. Go figure. Too much drama for one week.

My not being able to eat is very, very unusual. Eating is like my favorite thing to do. It's just wrong not to be able to eat my meals, much less my snacks. Ugh!

Miraculously, whatever was ailing me went away just in time for Mom & Dad's return home. Whew! I've been able to enjoy my meals and snacks again and they're back home. Life is good.
